By placing an order, you confirm

All products are subject to
availability.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹)
and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Product colors may slightly vary due
to screen resolution and settings.
Zyloft reserves the right to modify
product descriptions, prices, and
availability without prior notice.
4. ORDERS
By placing an order, you confirm
that all information provided
is accurate and complete.
Zyloft reserves the right to cancel
any order due to pricing errors,
stock unavailability, or suspected
fraudulent activity.
In case of cancellation, a full
refund will be initiated.
5. PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI
- Credit Card / Debit Card
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
All online payments are processed
through secure payment gateways.

6. SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping on all orders
across India.
Orders are processed within
1-2 working days.
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days
depending on your location.
A tracking number will be shared on
your registered contact number once
the order is dispatched.
Zyloft is not responsible for delays
caused by courier partners or
unforeseen circumstances.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 7-day return and exchange
policy from the date of delivery.
Conditions for return/exchange:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must
be intact
- Damaged or defective products must
be reported within 24 hours of
delivery with unboxing video proof
Return shipping charges will be borne
by the customer unless the product
is damaged or incorrect.
8. REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed within
5-7 working days after the returned
product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be credited to the
original payment method.
COD orders will be refunded via
Bank Transfer or UPI.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on zyloft.shop including
but not limited to logos, images,
product descriptions, videos, and
graphics are the sole property
of Zyloft.
Unauthorized reproduction,
distribution, or use of any content
from zyloft.shop is strictly
prohibited and may result in
legal action.
10. USER CONDUCT
Users agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful
purpose
- Upload or transmit any harmful,
offensive, or misleading content
- Attempt to hack or disrupt
the website
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Zyloft shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the use of
our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not
exceed the value of the order placed.
